Patience is the ability to wait before taking action; to be able to endure wrong, annoyance, or inconvenience.
The virtue of patience is an important quality for success in all aspects of life. Studies have shown that people with high levels of patience are less likely to get frustrated or angry during situations which they perceive as challenging or frustrating. These individuals are also more likely to be successful in their careers and relationships because they are better at controlling their emotions and maintaining focus on goals.
