    Is increadible a few month ago we saw this same article, and It has been good to retake this review of this lesson, I have been doing recordings of my voice reading and at the same time I have been comparing my recordings with the previous recording and it is noteable how I have improved my reading and also my writing skill, before I felt like if I had to wait a few minut to find the proper words to draft down a paragraph, but today even though is more ease to understand and comprenhen a film or article, or see a news programm with a more accurate comprenhension, so another interesting stuff is how through the readings words that before had been unknown for me I could learn them in a more easy way.

Thank you so much for incredible article about self-control .I have learned the definition of self -control and it can be trained just like other skills by repeated practices.I also noticed the importance and advantages of self -control.Finally,I realized that a person who has self-control can suppress or delay impulses for personal goals and they think before they act.
